How AI Usage Work
AI Voice Minutes are used when your assistant replies by voice.
When your monthly voice minutes are used up, your assistant automatically switches to text-only mode. Visitors can still write questions and receive text replies.
Text-only usage is included up to the monthly text message limit of your plan. When both voice minutes and text messages are used up, the assistant pauses until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade.
- Voice usage is counted per second and shown as minutes
- Text usage is counted per user message
- Voice minutes and text messages reset every billing cycle
- When voice is exhausted, the assistant switches to text-only mode
- When all usage is exhausted, the assistant pauses until reset or upgrade
Example
A 45-second voice reply uses 45 seconds of your monthly voice minutes.
If voice minutes are finished, the same visitor can continue by writing messages, using the included text message quota.
When the text message quota is also finished, the assistant shows a limit-reached message until the next reset or upgrade.
You can monitor your usage in real time from your dashboard and upgrade your plan at any time.
